摘 要：在食品安全檢測中，快速檢測技術(shù)的應(yīng)用可大幅度提升檢測效率，同時能保障食品安全檢測質(zhì)量。本文分析了食品安全快速檢測技術(shù)的基本概況和常見的檢測技術(shù)類型，為食品安全檢測工作以及食品安全保障提供科學(xué)參考。
