網(wǎng)絡(luò)餐飲食品安全監(jiān)管問(wèn)題及完善對(duì)策探討
摘 要:隨著互聯(lián)網(wǎng)的蓬勃發(fā)展,網(wǎng)絡(luò)餐飲的發(fā)展速度不斷加快,與之相關(guān)的餐飲食品安全問(wèn)題越來(lái)越多。為了進(jìn)一步改善網(wǎng)絡(luò)餐飲的衛(wèi)生條件,保證食品質(zhì)量安全,本文主要分析了網(wǎng)絡(luò)餐飲食品安全監(jiān)管的不足,并提出網(wǎng)絡(luò)餐飲食品安全監(jiān)管的相關(guān)對(duì)策,以期打造良好的網(wǎng)絡(luò)餐飲環(huán)境。

Discussion on Problems and Countermeasures of Food Safety Supervision in Online Catering Industry

Abstract: With the vigorous development of mobile Internet, the development speed of network catering is accelerating, and more and more related food safety problems. In order to further improve the health conditions of network catering, ensure food quality and safety, this paper mainly analyzes the shortage of network catering food safety supervision, and puts forward the relevant countermeasures of network catering food safety supervision, to create a good network catering environment.
