摘 要：近年來，我國新能源汽車占比越來越大，充電系統(tǒng)問題也收到很大關(guān)注。本文以比亞迪E5為例，介紹其充電系統(tǒng)總體構(gòu)成、工作原理及各組件的功能， 并分析其控制邏輯。深入探究直流充電故障的產(chǎn)生機(jī)理及故障診斷流程。

Analysis of the Common Fault and Working Process of BYD E5 DC Charging System

Abstract：In recent years， the proportion of new energy vehicles in China has become larger and larger， and the problem of charging system has also received great attention. This paper takes BYD E5 as an example to introduce the overall composition， working principle and functions of each component of its charging system， and analyzes its control logic and explores in depth the generation mechanism and fault diagnosis process of DC charging fault.

比亞迪E5需要通過充電才能提供動(dòng)力，充電系統(tǒng)正常工作與否影響車輛正常運(yùn)行，直流充電是車主常用充電方式，直流充電系統(tǒng)故障發(fā)生率高。（剩余2448字）
