摘 要:通過CAN總線信號將助力轉(zhuǎn)向信號發(fā)給EMS(Engine Model System)發(fā)動機(jī)控制系統(tǒng),作為觸發(fā)EMS控制系統(tǒng)介入扭矩補(bǔ)償?shù)臈l件,同時(shí)結(jié)合本文提出動態(tài)靜態(tài)的扭矩補(bǔ)償加載方式,能有效解決目標(biāo)轉(zhuǎn)速控制由于突加負(fù)載引起的轉(zhuǎn)速鼓包凹坑現(xiàn)象。

The Effect of Power Steering on Idle Control of EMS Systems

Abstract:The power steering signal is sent to the EMS (Engine Model System) through the CAN bus signal as a condition for triggering the EMS control system to intervene in torque compensation, and the dynamic static torque compensation loading method proposed in this paper can effectively solve the phenomenon of speed bulging pits caused by sudden load in target speed control.

1 引言

EMS發(fā)動機(jī)控制系統(tǒng)能夠在怠速工況實(shí)現(xiàn)目標(biāo)轉(zhuǎn)速的平穩(wěn)控制,完全暖機(jī)后目標(biāo)怠速一般設(shè)定在750±50rpm,開啟空調(diào)后則會相應(yīng)的提高到800±50rpm,防止未知負(fù)載如突然打開大燈、轉(zhuǎn)動方向盤、開啟雨刮負(fù)載等突然的施加造成發(fā)動機(jī)熄火,引起售后市場問題。(剩余3495字)
