農(nóng)業(yè)院校交通運(yùn)輸人才培養(yǎng)策略探討

摘 要：“交通強(qiáng)國”、“一帶一路”等戰(zhàn)略的實(shí)施促進(jìn)了交通運(yùn)輸行業(yè)的快速發(fā)展，新形勢、新機(jī)遇、新挑戰(zhàn)要求交通運(yùn)輸人才具備更廣闊的視野，多學(xué)科知識儲備。本文首先分析現(xiàn)有的人才培養(yǎng)方案存在的問題，然后探討交通運(yùn)輸人才的培養(yǎng)策略，最后提出具有農(nóng)業(yè)院校特色的交通運(yùn)輸人才培養(yǎng)模式。

Discussion on the Training Strategy of Transportation Talents in Agricultural Colleges

Abstract：The implementation of strategies such as “Transportation Power” and “One Belt， One Road” has promoted the rapid development of the transportation industry. The new situation， new opportunities and new challenges require transportation talents to have a broader vision and multidisciplinary knowledge reserve. This paper first analyzes the existing talent training programs， then discusses the training strategies of transportation talents， and finally proposes a transportation talent training model with the characteristics of agricultural colleges.
