警務(wù)車輛駕駛教學的改革探索

——以北京警察學院為例

摘 要：警務(wù)車輛駕駛教學是立足公安實際，在安全駕駛的基礎(chǔ)上融入具有公安鮮明特色的重要課程，對提升民警安全駕駛意識，平穩(wěn)駕駛心態(tài)，控制車輛能力，涉車技戰(zhàn)術(shù)運用等方面具有重要作用。在教學中，應(yīng)貼近公安實戰(zhàn)，以受訓部門實際需求為導向，構(gòu)建出警務(wù)車輛駕駛教學的課程體系，推動民警警務(wù)駕駛技能水平的提升。

Reform and Exploration of Police Vehicle Driving Teaching

Abstract：Police vehicle driving teaching is based on the reality of public security， and integrates an important course with distinctive characteristics of public security on the basis of safe driving， which plays an important role in improving the safety driving awareness of civilian police， stable driving mentality， vehicle control ability， and the application of vehicle-related techniques and tactics. In teaching， it is necessary to be close to the actual combat of public security， guided by the actual needs of the trained departments， build a curriculum system for police vehicle driving teaching， and promote the improvement of police driving skills.

1 開展警務(wù)車輛駕駛教學的必要性

警務(wù)車輛駕駛廣泛應(yīng)用于民警日常巡邏、接處警、車輛跟蹤、追捕、攔截，押解違法犯罪嫌疑人等工作，可以說警務(wù)駕駛是各部門、各警種使用最為頻繁、應(yīng)用最為廣泛的警務(wù)技能之一。（剩余4684字）
