集中供液系統(tǒng)在發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)制造領(lǐng)域的應(yīng)用與研究

摘 要：隨著機(jī)械加工制造技術(shù)的不斷發(fā)展和進(jìn)步，集中供液系統(tǒng)的應(yīng)用越來(lái)越廣泛。相較于單機(jī)設(shè)備自帶的供液系統(tǒng)，其具有節(jié)省占地空間、自動(dòng)化控制程度高、設(shè)備運(yùn)行穩(wěn)定等特點(diǎn)。本文結(jié)合汽車發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)缸體加工線對(duì)集中供液系統(tǒng)的實(shí)際應(yīng)用，詳細(xì)闡述集中供液的作用、原理、優(yōu)缺點(diǎn)，進(jìn)一步研究解析其使用特性。

Application and Research of Centralized Liquid Supply System in the Field of Engine Manufacturing

Abstract：With the continuous development and progress of machining and manufacturing technology， the application of centralized liquid supply system is more and more widespread. Compared with the liquid supply system of single equipment， centralized liquid supply system has the characteristics of saving space， high degree of automation control， stable operation of equipment， etc. In this paper， combined with the automobile engine cylinder block processing line to the practical application of the centralized liquid supply system， detailed description of the function of the centralized liquid supply， principle， advantages and disadvantages are put forward， and further studied and analyzed its use characteristics.
