一核心、一中心、三建設(shè):高職院校師德師風(fēng)建設(shè)的創(chuàng)新框架
摘 要 文章探討了高等職業(yè)教育中師德師風(fēng)建設(shè)的重要性及其面臨的挑戰(zhàn),并提出了“一核心、一中心、三建設(shè)”的創(chuàng)新框架。該框架以強(qiáng)化黨建引領(lǐng)為核心,通過(guò)構(gòu)建教師發(fā)展中心,協(xié)同推進(jìn)文化、能力、考核三大體系建設(shè),旨在為高職院校師德師風(fēng)建設(shè)提供新的思路和方法,以適應(yīng)新時(shí)代的教育需求,促進(jìn)教育質(zhì)量的整體提升。

Construction of Teacher Ethics and Conduct in Higher Vocational Colleges

Abstract This article explores the importance and challenges of teacher ethics and style construction in higher vocational education, and proposes an innovative framework of "one core, one center, and three constructions". This framework focuses on strengthening the leadership of party building, and through the construction of a teacher development center, collaboratively promotes the construction of three major systems: culture, ability, and assessment. It aims to provide new ideas and methods for the construction of professional ethics and style in higher vocational education, to meet the educational needs of the new era, and to promote the overall improvement of educational quality.
