摘要文章通過對高校學(xué)生社區(qū)的實(shí)施現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行分析，針對學(xué)生社區(qū)多方管理主體角色定位，提出加強(qiáng)頂層設(shè)計―基層實(shí)踐通力協(xié)作；黨建引領(lǐng)“一站式”學(xué)生社區(qū)管理發(fā)展；兼顧要約性與自愿性，倡導(dǎo)學(xué)生全員參與；建強(qiáng)學(xué)生社區(qū)管理隊(duì)伍；完善學(xué)生社區(qū)信息化建設(shè)等途徑，探索構(gòu)建“一站式”學(xué)生社區(qū)綜合管理模式的創(chuàng)新性研究。關(guān)鍵詞學(xué)生社區(qū)；管理主體；管理模式

Abstract  This paper analyzes the current situation of the implementation of college student community， and puts forward to strengthen the cooperation between top-level design and grass-roots practice; Party building leads the development of "one-stop" student community management; Give consideration to both offer and voluntariness， and advocate full participation of students; Build and strengthen the student community management team; Improve the information construction of student community， and explore the innovative research on the construction of "one-stop" comprehensive management mode of student community.
