多管齊下強基創(chuàng)新

——廈門大學(xué)人文學(xué)院心理育人工作的探討與思考

摘要：文章以廈門大學(xué)人文學(xué)院為例，從實施路徑及效果、經(jīng)驗做法及主要成效、思考與啟示三個方面，對學(xué)院創(chuàng)建校級三全育人之“心理育人”專項試點單位的工作進行梳理與總結(jié)。這對當前其他高校進一步推進“心理育人”工作，具備一定的借鑒價值。

AbstractTaking the College of Humanities of Xiamen University as an example，this paper combs and summarizes the work of establishing the special pilot unit of "psychological education" in the school from three aspects：implementation path and effect，experience and practice，main effects，thinking and enlightenment. This has certain reference value for other colleges and universities to further promote the work of "psychological education".
