現(xiàn)代學(xué)徒制下基于技能大賽視角的醫(yī)學(xué)檢驗(yàn)專業(yè)實(shí)踐教學(xué)模式研究

摘 要:現(xiàn)代學(xué)徒制以實(shí)踐教學(xué)為主,在當(dāng)前有著廣闊的發(fā)展前景,深受校企雙方的歡迎。近年來(lái),職業(yè)技能大賽已經(jīng)成為職業(yè)教育改革與發(fā)展的風(fēng)向標(biāo)。該文創(chuàng)造性地提出現(xiàn)代學(xué)徒制下基于技能大賽視角的醫(yī)學(xué)檢驗(yàn)專業(yè)實(shí)踐教學(xué)模式,并對(duì)這一模式的必要性、基本內(nèi)涵、構(gòu)建思路、總體框架和措施等進(jìn)行研究。

Abstract: The modern apprenticeship system is mainly based on practical teaching, has a broad prospect of development and is well received by both the school and the enterprise. In recent years, professional skills competitions have become a bellwether for the reform and development of vocational education. The paper creatively puts forward the practical teaching mode of medical laboratory specialty from the perspective of skill competition under the modern apprenticeship system, and studies the necessity, basic connotation, construction ideas, overall framework and measures of the mode.

醫(yī)學(xué)檢驗(yàn)實(shí)踐性極強(qiáng),是醫(yī)學(xué)組成的重要一環(huán),承擔(dān)著診斷疾病、治療監(jiān)測(cè)和預(yù)后判斷等健康服務(wù),而檢驗(yàn)技術(shù)掌握的必經(jīng)之路是開展實(shí)踐教學(xué)。(剩余5724字)
