高校教學(xué)督導(dǎo)體系存在問(wèn)題及持續(xù)改進(jìn)對(duì)策

摘  要:在“以本為本”和“雙一流”建設(shè)背景下,本科教學(xué)地位日益突出。該文分析建立本科教學(xué)督導(dǎo)體系的意義和教學(xué)督導(dǎo)對(duì)教學(xué)質(zhì)量提升的重要作用。以貴州大學(xué)為例,指出目前高校本科教學(xué)督導(dǎo)體系運(yùn)行中存在的主要問(wèn)題,并提出相應(yīng)的持續(xù)改進(jìn)對(duì)策。

Abstract: Under the background of "taking undergraduate teaching as the main goal" and "double first-class initiative", the status of undergraduate teaching is increasingly prominent. This paper analyzes the necessity of establishing the undergraduate teaching supervision system and the important role of teaching supervision in improving the teaching quality. Taking Guizhou University as an example, this paper sorts out the main problems existing in the operation of the undergraduate teaching supervision system, and puts forward the corresponding improvement countermeasures.

2021年1月,教育部印發(fā)了《普通高等學(xué)校本科教育教學(xué)審核評(píng)估實(shí)施方案(2021—2025年)》(教督〔2021〕1號(hào)),文件核心內(nèi)容之一是要求高校要繼續(xù)推進(jìn)落實(shí)“緊扣本科教育教學(xué)改革主線,落實(shí)‘以本為本’‘四個(gè)回歸’,強(qiáng)化學(xué)生中心、產(chǎn)出導(dǎo)向、持續(xù)改進(jìn),以評(píng)估理念引領(lǐng)改革、以評(píng)估舉措落實(shí)改革、以評(píng)估標(biāo)準(zhǔn)檢驗(yàn)改革,實(shí)現(xiàn)高質(zhì)量?jī)?nèi)涵式發(fā)展”[1]。(剩余7835字)
