導師參與研究生黨建工作的創(chuàng)新機制探究
——以同濟大學為例
摘 要:研究生黨建工作是高校進行思政教育的有效載體,當前導師參與研究生黨建工作需求迫切但機制薄弱,該文提出通過打造全鏈條式黨建引領體系、推動以學風促黨建支部設置等方式,推進黨建制度落實,創(chuàng)新師生共建機制,以期為導師參與研究生黨建工作挖潛力、注活力、添動力。

Abstract: The Party building work of postgraduate studentsis an effective carrier for ideological and political education in universities. Currently supervisors have a strong demand for participating in the postgraduate Party building work but the mechanism is relatively weak. This paper proposed the implementation of Party building system, which devised a novel teacher-student co-construction mechanism, in order to tap potentials, bring vigor and enrich motivation for supervisors to participate in postgraduate Party building work.
