摘  要：圍繞“一帶一路”鐵路國際化工程人才培養(yǎng)，結(jié)合我校專業(yè)特色和新時期下軌道車輛專業(yè)本科生培養(yǎng)定位和目標，構(gòu)建貫穿本科畢業(yè)設計全過程的交流、培養(yǎng)、監(jiān)管體系，保障高質(zhì)量本科畢業(yè)設計，并以本科畢業(yè)設計提升育人質(zhì)量，推動鐵路工程國際化人才培養(yǎng)，實現(xiàn)高水平人才培養(yǎng)。

Abstract： Focusing on railway engineering international talent cultivation of the Belt and Road Initiative， and combining with our school's professional characteristics and the orientation and objectives of the railway vehicle engineering talent cultivation in the new era， a whole process of communication and supervision system throughout the undergraduate courses would be built up to guarantee the completion of high-quality undergraduate courses， and improve the quality of education. Through the above measures， the training of internationalized talents majored in railway engineering was promoted， and the high level of personnel training was achieved.
