摘 要：食品防腐劑作為食品中常用的食品添加劑，在食品行業(yè)中使用愈發(fā)廣泛，對其加強檢驗檢測是保障食品安全的必要基礎(chǔ)。本文概述食品防腐劑的定義和分類情況，綜述應(yīng)用于食品防腐劑檢測的主要方法和技術(shù)，旨在為食品防腐劑檢驗檢測工作提供借鑒。

Research Progress in the Application of Detection Methods for Food Preservatives

Abstract： As a commonly used food additive in food， food preservatives are used more and more widely in the food industry. To strengthen its inspection and testing is the necessary basis to ensure food safety. In this paper， the definition and classification of food preservatives are summarized， and the main methods and techniques applied to food preservatives testing are reviewed， in order to provide reference for food preservatives testing.
