食品檢驗(yàn)檢測(cè)中樣品管理問(wèn)題和對(duì)策分析
摘 要:食品檢驗(yàn)檢測(cè)技術(shù)是確保我國(guó)食品安全的重要技術(shù)手段。在食品檢驗(yàn)工作中,樣品的有效管理是實(shí)驗(yàn)室能夠順利開(kāi)展檢驗(yàn)檢測(cè)的前提和保障,對(duì)提高食品檢驗(yàn)檢測(cè)結(jié)果的有效性和準(zhǔn)確性發(fā)揮了重要作用。本文從樣品抽樣、接收、管理等方面對(duì)樣品管理中出現(xiàn)的問(wèn)題進(jìn)行分析,以確保檢驗(yàn)檢測(cè)結(jié)果準(zhǔn)確可靠。

Analysis of Sample Management Issues and Countermeasures in Food Inspection and Testing
Abstract: Food inspection and testing technology is an important technical means to ensure food safety in China. In food inspection work, effective management of samples is a prerequisite and guarantee for the laboratory to smoothly carry out inspection and testing, and plays an important role in improving the effectiveness and accuracy of food inspection and testing results. This article analyzes the problems that arise in sample management from the aspects of sample sampling, reception, and management to ensure the accuracy and reliability of experimental results.
