摘 要：隨著人們對(duì)食品安全關(guān)注度的不斷提高，微生物檢測技術(shù)在食品檢驗(yàn)中的應(yīng)用越來越廣泛。本文介紹了常見的微生物檢測方法，探討了其在食品檢驗(yàn)中的應(yīng)用情況和優(yōu)勢，并分析了當(dāng)前微生物檢測技術(shù)面臨的挑戰(zhàn)和未來發(fā)展方向。

Abstract： With the increasing attention to food safety， the application of microbial detection technology in food inspection is becoming increasingly widespread. This article introduces common microbial detection methods and explores their applications and advantages in food inspection. It analyzes the challenges and future development directions faced by current microbial detection technologies.
