利用大數(shù)據(jù)技術(shù)構(gòu)建食品安全管理體系的研究
摘 要:隨著人們生活水平的提高,食品安全問(wèn)題逐漸成為公眾和政府關(guān)注的焦點(diǎn)。本文以大數(shù)據(jù)技術(shù)為切入點(diǎn),闡述了大數(shù)據(jù)技術(shù)在食品安全管理中的作用,分析了大數(shù)據(jù)背景下食品安全管理存在的問(wèn)題,從建立食品安全全程監(jiān)管、風(fēng)險(xiǎn)預(yù)警、社會(huì)共治3個(gè)方面入手,提出加強(qiáng)食品安全管理的具體舉措。

Research on Building Food Safety Management System Using Big Data Technology

Abstract: With the improvement of people’s living standards, food safety has gradually become the focus of public and government attention. This paper takes big data technology as an entry point, describes the role of big data technology in food safety management, analyzes the problems of food safety management in the context of big data, and puts forward specific initiatives to strengthen food safety management, starting from the establishment of three systems such as whole process supervision of food safety, risk early warning, and social co-governance.

近年來(lái),我國(guó)暴露出許多食品安全問(wèn)題,如“地溝油”“毒豇豆”“漂白蘑菇”等[1],說(shuō)明我國(guó)食品安全監(jiān)管還存在諸多不足,傳統(tǒng)的管理模式已經(jīng)無(wú)法滿足食品安全監(jiān)管的需求,急需借助先進(jìn)的信息技術(shù)破解當(dāng)前食品安全監(jiān)管困局,構(gòu)建全新的食品安全管理體系。(剩余4272字)
