摘 要:本文分析了食品理化檢驗(yàn)實(shí)驗(yàn)室中存在的化學(xué)因素風(fēng)險(xiǎn),建立了風(fēng)險(xiǎn)識(shí)別流程體系,提出了風(fēng)險(xiǎn)預(yù)防原則和控制措施,旨在保障實(shí)驗(yàn)人員和設(shè)備的安全。本文對(duì)于提高食品理化檢驗(yàn)實(shí)驗(yàn)室的安全管理水平,保障食品質(zhì)量和安全分析的準(zhǔn)確性具有一定的參考價(jià)值。

Abstract: This paper analyzes the risks of chemical factors in food physical and chemical testing laboratories, establishes a risk identification process system, and puts forward risk precautionary principle and control measures to ensure the safety of laboratory personnel and equipment. This article has certain reference value for improving the safety management level of food physical and chemical inspection laboratories, ensuring the accuracy of food quality and safety analysis.
