食品中化學(xué)農(nóng)藥污染與殘留的防治研究

摘 要：化學(xué)農(nóng)藥是造成食品污染和殘留的主要原因之一，對人體生命和健康的威脅極大。本文概述了食品中的化學(xué)農(nóng)藥污染與殘留問題，提出了食品中化學(xué)農(nóng)藥污染與殘留的相關(guān)防治對策，旨在減少食品中化學(xué)農(nóng)藥污染和殘留問題的發(fā)生，提高人們的生活質(zhì)量和健康水平。

Research on the Prevention and Control of Chemical Pesticide Pollution and Residues in Food

Abstract： Chemical pesticides are one of the main causes of food pollution and residues， posing a great threat to human life and health. This paper summarized the problem of chemical pesticide pollution and residue in food， ， and put forward the relevant prevention and control countermeasures， aiming to reduce the occurrence of chemical pesticide pollution and residues in food， improve the quality of life and health level of the people.
