食品中化學(xué)添加劑的檢測(cè)技術(shù)研究
摘 要:為確保食品安全,高效檢測(cè)食品中的化學(xué)添加劑至關(guān)重要。本文介紹了化學(xué)添加劑的類別及其在食品工業(yè)中的作用,探討了現(xiàn)有檢測(cè)技術(shù)如色譜分析的應(yīng)用,并分析了痕量添加劑定量分析和化學(xué)形態(tài)分析的挑戰(zhàn)。通過研究新型快速檢測(cè)技術(shù),提升檢測(cè)的靈敏度和準(zhǔn)確性,為食品安全監(jiān)管提供技術(shù)支持。

Research on the Detection Technology of Chemical Additives in Food

Abstract: Efficient detection of chemical additives in food is crucial to ensure food safety. This article introduces the categories of chemical additives and their roles in the food industry, explores the application of existing detection techniques such as chromatographic analysis, and analyzes the challenges of quantitative analysis and chemical speciation analysis of trace additives. By researching new rapid detection technologies, the aim is to improve the sensitivity and accuracy of detection, and provide technical support for food safety supervision.
