Abstract: Livestock product processing faces many challenges in ensuring food safety and improving product quality. This article analyzes common problems existing in the food processing process of livestock product such as insufficient quality control, improper optimization of processing parameters and defects of health and safety management system, and puts forward corresponding solutions to improve the overall level of food processing in livestock product, ensure food safety and promote the sustainable development of the industry.
