膠體金免疫層析技術(shù)在食品快速檢測(cè)中的應(yīng)用

摘 要：膠體金免疫層析技術(shù)在食品快速檢測(cè)中展現(xiàn)出顯著優(yōu)勢(shì)。該技術(shù)通過(guò)利用膠體金與抗原或抗體的特異性結(jié)合，實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)食品中多種有害物質(zhì)如藥物殘留、病原微生物、生物毒素及違禁物質(zhì)的快速檢測(cè)。本文對(duì)膠體金免疫層析技術(shù)進(jìn)行概述，在此基礎(chǔ)上對(duì)該技術(shù)在食品快速檢測(cè)中的實(shí)際應(yīng)用進(jìn)行分析，以期為相關(guān)檢測(cè)人員提供支持。

Abstract： Colloidal gold immunochromatography technology has shown significant advantages in rapid food detection. This technology utilizes the specific binding of colloidal gold to antigens or antibodies to achieve rapid detection of various harmful substances in food， such as drug residues， pathogenic microorganisms， biotoxins， and prohibited substances. This article provides an overview of colloidal gold immunochromatography technology and analyzes its practical application in food rapid detection， in order to provide support for relevant detection personnel.
