摘 要：阿膠是一種傳統(tǒng)的藥食同源產(chǎn)品，在我國有兩千年的應用歷史，其滋補和養(yǎng)生功能受到越來越多養(yǎng)生者的關注，市場需求極大。本文重點對山東省阿膠類的保健食品的注冊批準情況及生產(chǎn)許可現(xiàn)場核查常見問題進行了分析，以期為山東省阿膠類保健食品產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展提供技術參考。

Current Situation and Reflection on Registration Approval and Production License of Donkey-Hide Gelatin Health Food in Shandong Province

Abstract： Donkey-hide gelatin is a traditional medicine and food homologous product， which has a history of two thousand years in China. Its nourishing and health care function has been paid more and more attention by more and more health care users， and the market demand is extremely high. This paper focuses on the analysis of the registration and approval of health food of donkey-hide gelatin in Shandong Province and the common problems in the on-site inspection of production license， in order to provide technical reference for the development of health food industry of donkey-hide gelatin in Shandong Province.
