食品檢驗(yàn)檢測(cè)中心儀器設(shè)備有效管理的探討

Exploration of Effective Management of Instruments and Equipment in Food Inspection and Testing Center
Abstract: Instruments and equipment are the basic guarantee for food inspection and testing institutions to carry out inspection and testing work and cultivate talents, and are the main indicators for measuring the inspection ability of inspection and testing institutions. This article analyzes the current situation and existing problems of instrument and equipment management, constructs a scientific and rigorous instrument quality management system, and proposes specific measures to improve instrument and equipment management, providing assistance for effectively improving the level of laboratory instrument and equipment and inspection capabilities.
