摘 要:烹飪是每個家庭必須進(jìn)行的日常工作之一,在烹飪過程中,控制食物的安全性十分重要。將原材料通過烹飪加工成美味可口的食物,確保營養(yǎng)價值豐富,并控制和降低不安全因素給人體帶來的危害,已成為社會各界高度關(guān)注的話題。本文分析了烹飪過程中影響食物安全性的主要因素,并提出相應(yīng)的控制策略,以供參考。

Analysis of the Impact of Cooking Process on Food Safety and Control Strategies
Abstract: Cooking is one of the daily tasks that every family must perform. During the cooking process, it is very important to control the safety of food. Processing raw materials into delicious food through cooking, ensuring rich nutritional value, and controlling and reducing the harm caused by unsafe factors to the human body has become a topic of great concern to all sectors of society. This article analyzes the main factors that affect food safety during the cooking process and proposes corresponding control strategies for reference.
