農(nóng)產(chǎn)品農(nóng)藥殘留現(xiàn)狀及控制措施分析

摘 要：近年來，農(nóng)產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量安全問題受到了社會各界的廣泛關(guān)注，農(nóng)產(chǎn)品中的農(nóng)藥殘留是影響其質(zhì)量安全的主要因素之一。本文介紹了農(nóng)藥殘留的具體危害，分析了我國農(nóng)產(chǎn)品農(nóng)藥殘留的現(xiàn)狀，并提出了具體的控制措施，旨在提升我國農(nóng)產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量及食品安全，推進我國農(nóng)產(chǎn)品生產(chǎn)規(guī)范化、農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展現(xiàn)代化進程。

Analysis of the Current Situation of Pesticide Residues in Agricultural Products and Control Measures

Abstract： In recent years， the quality and safety of agricultural products has received widespread attention from all walks of life， and pesticide residues in agricultural products are one of the main factors affecting their quality and safety. This paper introduces the specific hazards by pesticide residues， analyses the current situation of pesticide residues in China’s agricultural products， and puts forward specific control measures aimed at improving the quality of China’s agricultural products and food safety， and promoting the standardization of China’s agricultural products production and the modernization of agricultural development.
