食品快檢技術(shù)在食品檢測(cè)中的應(yīng)用

摘 要：食品快檢技術(shù)在食品檢測(cè)領(lǐng)域應(yīng)用廣泛，是食品安全監(jiān)管的重要技術(shù)支撐。本文簡(jiǎn)要概述食品快檢技術(shù)發(fā)展背景及應(yīng)用現(xiàn)狀，分析、歸納食品快檢技術(shù)在實(shí)際應(yīng)用中存在的問(wèn)題，并提出了相應(yīng)的對(duì)策，以期助力食品快檢技術(shù)在食品檢測(cè)中更好地發(fā)揮作用，確保食品安全。

Application of Rapid Food Detection Technology in Food Inspection

Abstract： Food rapid inspection technology is widely used in the field of food testing and is an important technical support for food safety supervision. This paper briefly summarizes the development background and application status of food rapid inspection technology， analyzes and summarizes the problems existing in the practical application of food rapid inspection technology， and puts forward corresponding countermeasures， in order to help food rapid inspection technology play a better role in food testing and ensure food safety.
