化學(xué)檢測(cè)技術(shù)在食品安全檢測(cè)中的應(yīng)用

摘 要：為進(jìn)一步提升化學(xué)檢測(cè)技術(shù)在食品安全檢測(cè)中的應(yīng)用效果，相關(guān)檢測(cè)人員或機(jī)構(gòu)應(yīng)基于現(xiàn)行標(biāo)準(zhǔn)、要求，全面梳理化學(xué)檢測(cè)技術(shù)的應(yīng)用要點(diǎn)等內(nèi)容，以提升技術(shù)應(yīng)用的有效性和可靠性。為實(shí)現(xiàn)這一目標(biāo)，筆者結(jié)合相關(guān)經(jīng)驗(yàn)，分析化學(xué)檢測(cè)技術(shù)在食品安全中的應(yīng)用優(yōu)勢(shì)、應(yīng)用路徑、應(yīng)用建議，以期為相關(guān)人員提供參考。

Abstract： In order to further improve the application effect of chemical detection technology in food safety inspections， relevant inspectors or institutions should comprehensively review the application points of chemical detection technology based on current standards and requirements， in order to enhance the effectiveness and reliability of technical application. To achieve this goal， the author combines relevant experience to analyze the application advantages， application paths， and application suggestions of chemical detection technology in food safety， in order to provide reference for relevant personnel.
