黃精多糖提取方法及其對(duì)運(yùn)動(dòng)機(jī)能的作用研究進(jìn)展

摘 要：黃精是一種藥食兩用植物資源，黃精多糖是黃精中的重要活性成分之一，現(xiàn)代醫(yī)學(xué)證實(shí)黃精多糖具有抗氧化、抗疲勞、抗炎等多種活性功效。本文綜述了黃精多糖的主要提取方法，著重分析了黃精多糖對(duì)運(yùn)動(dòng)機(jī)能的保護(hù)作用，旨在為提升黃精資源利用率和擴(kuò)大運(yùn)動(dòng)食品原料選用范圍提供參考。

Abstract： Polygonatum sibiricum is a kind of plant resource with dual functions of medicine and food. Polygonatum sibiricum polysaccharide is one of the important active components in Polygonatum sibiricum. Modern medicine shows that Polygonatum sibiricum polysaccharide has many active effects such as antioxidation， anti-fatigue and anti-inflammation. In this paper， the main extraction methods of Polygonatum sibiricum polysaccharide were summarized， and the protective effect of Polygonatum sibiricum polysaccharide on sports function was emphatically analyzed， in order to provide reference for improving the utilization of Polygonatum sibiricum resources and expanding the selection range of sports food raw materials.
