廣西百色芒果葉提取物穩(wěn)定性的研究

摘 要:采用HPLC法和紫外分光光度法,對芒果苷的吸光度和濃度進行測定,系統(tǒng)研究了其對光、熱、酸堿的耐受情況。結(jié)果發(fā)現(xiàn)芒果苷在有光無光、高溫變化下的吸光值波動起伏不大,在酸性和強堿性條件下芒果苷含量顯著降低,說明芒果苷能耐受光照、高溫,但強酸強堿能迅速破壞芒果苷的穩(wěn)定性。

Abstract: HPLC and UV spectrophotometry were used to determine the absorbance and concentration of mangiferin, and its tolerance to light, heat, and acid-base was systematically studied. The measurement result shows that the absorbance value of mangiferin fluctuates a little under high temperature and light conditions. In contrast, the content of mangiferin significantly decreases under acidic and alkaline solid conditions. The conclusion is that mangiferin can tolerate light and high temperatures, and strong acids and bases can quickly destroy its stability.

百色市位于廣西壯族自治區(qū)的西部,氣候溫暖濕潤,冬無嚴(yán)寒,夏無酷暑,年平均氣溫適宜,具有充足的日照和降水量以及富含礦物質(zhì)的土壤,為芒果的生長提供了充足的養(yǎng)分和水分,是我國最重要的芒果產(chǎn)地之一。(剩余3690字)
