加速運動性疲勞恢復(fù)的膳食飲食方式
——以大眾體育為例
摘 要:運動是促進身體健康的有效方式,運動疲勞的產(chǎn)生往往讓人感到困擾,人們可以通過膳食補充的方式進行運動疲勞的恢復(fù)。本文分析了運動疲勞的產(chǎn)生原因,并探討了膳食對促進大眾體育運動疲勞后的恢復(fù)效果,提出相關(guān)人員應(yīng)在注重物理放松與恢復(fù)的同時合理安排飲食,共同促進運動疲勞的恢復(fù)。

Abstract: Exercise is an effective way to promote physical health, and the generation of exercise fatigue often makes people feel troubled. People can recover from exercise fatigue through dietary supplementation. This article analyzes the causes of exercise fatigue and explores the effect of diet on promoting recovery after fatigue in mass sports. It is suggested that relevant personnel should pay attention to physical relaxation and recovery while arranging diet reasonably to jointly promote the recovery of exercise fatigue.
