黃炎培職業(yè)人才教育觀對(duì)高職人才培養(yǎng)的啟示

摘 要：黃炎培職業(yè)教育思想是與時(shí)俱進(jìn)的思想，新時(shí)期全面理解其職業(yè)教育思想精髓，深入挖掘黃炎培職業(yè)人才教育觀的深刻內(nèi)涵，提煉符合當(dāng)代高職院校人才培養(yǎng)的理念，對(duì)于推動(dòng)現(xiàn)代職業(yè)教育事業(yè)發(fā)展，深化高職院校人才培養(yǎng)模式改革具有重要的指導(dǎo)意義。

Abstract：Huang Yanpei's vocational education thought is an idea that keeps pace with the times.In the new era，it is of great guiding significance to comprehensively understand the essence of his vocational education thought，deeply tap the profound connotation of Huang Yanpei's vocational talent education view，and refine the concept that conforms to the talent training of contemporary higher vocational colleges，so as to promote the development of modern vocational education and deepen the reform of talent training mode in higher vocational colleges.
