基于德國“雙元制”的旅游英語專業(yè)現(xiàn)代學(xué)徒制人才培養(yǎng)探究

摘要 德國“雙元制”是德國國家競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的核心，德國“雙元制”具有雙元性、協(xié)調(diào)性和職業(yè)性三大特點(diǎn)，其運(yùn)行機(jī)制對(duì)我國從國家頂層設(shè)計(jì)促進(jìn)現(xiàn)代學(xué)徒制的發(fā)展具有很好的啟示作用。我校與珠海長(zhǎng)隆開展現(xiàn)代學(xué)徒制試點(diǎn)以來，在課程開發(fā)、教學(xué)組織管理變革、企業(yè)師傅選拔等方面取得了一定的成效。

On the Cultivation of Modern Apprenticeship Talents for Tourism English Majors Based on German “Dual System”

AbstractGerman “dual system”is the core of Germany's national competitiveness. Germany's “dual system”has three characteristics：duality，coordination and professionalism. Its operation mechanism has a good enlightenment for China to promote the development of modern apprenticeship from the national top-level design. Since our school and Zhuhai Chime long launched the pilot of modern apprenticeship system，we have achieved certain results in curriculum development，teaching organization and management reform，enterprise master selection and so on.
