“多元、多維、多層次”協(xié)同的地方院校地學人才培養(yǎng)模式創(chuàng)新與實踐

摘 要:為主動適應新一輪科技與產業(yè)變革,支撐服務創(chuàng)新驅動發(fā)展,使地方院校地學人才培養(yǎng)更好地服務行業(yè)與地方經濟發(fā)展,提出并實踐“多元、多維、多層次”協(xié)同的地方院校地學人才培養(yǎng)模式,包括“六元一體”協(xié)同育人機制、“一體六維”協(xié)同育人路徑和“目標導向、多層次”協(xié)同育人體系。

Abstract: In order to actively adapt to the new round of technological and industrial changes, support service innovation driven development, and better serve the industry and local economic development in the cultivation of geoscience talents in local universities, a "diversified, multi-dimensional, and multi-level" collaborative model for geoscience talent cultivation in local universities has been proposed and implemented. It includes the "six elements integrated" collaborative education mechanism, the "One Body and Six Dimensions" collaborative education path and the "goal oriented, multi-level" collaborative education system.

為主動應對新一輪科技革命與產業(yè)變革,支撐服務創(chuàng)新驅動發(fā)展等國家戰(zhàn)略[1-3],教育部積極推進新工科建設,全力探索形成領跑全球工程教育的中國模式、中國經驗,助力高等教育強國建設[4-6],這對高等教育提出了新的要求,即高校人才培養(yǎng)應能適應社會、行業(yè)的新發(fā)展,具有自適應能力[7-10]。(剩余3890字)
