“多元、多維、多層次”協(xié)同的地方院校地學(xué)人才培養(yǎng)模式創(chuàng)新與實(shí)踐

摘  要:為主動(dòng)適應(yīng)新一輪科技與產(chǎn)業(yè)變革,支撐服務(wù)創(chuàng)新驅(qū)動(dòng)發(fā)展,使地方院校地學(xué)人才培養(yǎng)更好地服務(wù)行業(yè)與地方經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展,提出并實(shí)踐“多元、多維、多層次”協(xié)同的地方院校地學(xué)人才培養(yǎng)模式,包括“六元一體”協(xié)同育人機(jī)制、“一體六維”協(xié)同育人路徑和“目標(biāo)導(dǎo)向、多層次”協(xié)同育人體系。

Abstract: In order to actively adapt to the new round of technological and industrial changes, support service innovation driven development, and better serve the industry and local economic development in the cultivation of geoscience talents in local universities, a "diversified, multi-dimensional, and multi-level" collaborative model for geoscience talent cultivation in local universities has been proposed and implemented. It includes the "six elements integrated" collaborative education mechanism, the "One Body and Six Dimensions" collaborative education path and the "goal oriented, multi-level" collaborative education system.

為主動(dòng)應(yīng)對(duì)新一輪科技革命與產(chǎn)業(yè)變革,支撐服務(wù)創(chuàng)新驅(qū)動(dòng)發(fā)展等國家戰(zhàn)略[1-3],教育部積極推進(jìn)新工科建設(shè),全力探索形成領(lǐng)跑全球工程教育的中國模式、中國經(jīng)驗(yàn),助力高等教育強(qiáng)國建設(shè)[4-6],這對(duì)高等教育提出了新的要求,即高校人才培養(yǎng)應(yīng)能適應(yīng)社會(huì)、行業(yè)的新發(fā)展,具有自適應(yīng)能力[7-10]。(剩余3890字)
