新時代導(dǎo)師責(zé)任制下研究生思想政治教育的著力點與路徑選擇

摘  要：以落實新時代教育理念為方針，構(gòu)建導(dǎo)師第一責(zé)任人視角下的思想政治教育模式。以目標(biāo)為導(dǎo)向，以“強(qiáng)化導(dǎo)師主導(dǎo)、凸顯學(xué)生個體、倡導(dǎo)共識教育、力主格局升華”等措施為著力點，構(gòu)建“有料—有情—有效”的路徑模式，實現(xiàn)“以德立身、以德立學(xué)、以德立業(yè)”的思想政治全新育人成效。

Abstract： In order to implement the educational concept of the New Era， the ideological and political education model is constructed from the perspective of the first responsible person of tutors. Goal-oriented， focusing on measures such as "strengthening tutor leadership， highlighting individual students， advocating consensus education， and sublimating the dominant pattern"， the path mode of "having material， feeling， and effectiveness" is constructed to achieve the ideological and political education goal of "establishing one's morality， establishing one's study， and establishing one's career by virtue".

2010年以來，教育部陸續(xù)出臺加強(qiáng)研究生的思想政治教育的相關(guān)文件，其中，《關(guān)于進(jìn)一步加強(qiáng)和改進(jìn)研究生思想政治教育的若干意見》中明確提出“要充分發(fā)揮導(dǎo)師在研究生思想政治教育中首要責(zé)任人的作用”;2018年1月，教育部再次出臺《關(guān)于全面落實研究生導(dǎo)師立德樹人職責(zé)的意見》，明確研究生導(dǎo)師的首要職責(zé)是立德樹人，導(dǎo)師是研究生培養(yǎng)第一責(zé)任人。（剩余7084字）
