不同膜基質(zhì)生物可降解薄膜在食品保鮮中的應用

摘 要：傳統(tǒng)塑料包裝給生態(tài)環(huán)境帶來了嚴重威脅，而開發(fā)生物可降解薄膜是減少環(huán)境污染和能源消耗的有效途徑。本文通過分類探討不同膜基質(zhì)的生物可降解薄膜對薄膜包裝性能和抑菌性能的影響，以及復合薄膜在食品保鮮方面的應用效果，旨在為食品包裝行業(yè)的健康和可持續(xù)發(fā)展提供參考。

Application of Biodegradable Films with Different Film Substrates in Food Preservation

Abstract： Traditional plastic packaging poses a serious threat to the ecological environment， and the development of biodegradable films is an effective way to reduce environmental pollution and energy consumption. This article explores the effects of biodegradable films with different film substrates on the packaging and antibacterial properties of films， as well as the application effects of composite films in food preservation. The aim is to provide reference for the healthy and sustainable development of the food packaging industry.
