企業(yè)食堂食品安全與營(yíng)養(yǎng)搭配管理策略研究
摘 要:企業(yè)食堂不僅承載著保障員工基本飲食需求的重任,還肩負(fù)著提升員工健康水平、增強(qiáng)企業(yè)凝聚力的使命?;诖耍疚奶接懫髽I(yè)食堂在食品安全管理與營(yíng)養(yǎng)搭配方面的現(xiàn)狀、存在的問(wèn)題,并提出相應(yīng)的管理策略,以期為企業(yè)食堂的可持續(xù)發(fā)展提供理論支持與實(shí)踐指導(dǎo)。

Research on the Management Strategy of Food Safety and Nutritional Matching in Cafeterias of Enterprises

Abstract: The canteens of enterprises not only carry the important responsibility of protecting the basic dietary needs of employees, but also shoulder the mission of improving the health of employees and enhancing the cohesion of enterprises. Based on this, the purpose of this paper is to discuss the status quo and problems in food safety management and nutritional matching in the canteens of enterprises, and to put forward corresponding management strategies, with a view to providing theoretical support and practical guidance for the sustainable development of the canteens of enterprises.
