Methods for the Detection of Common Contaminants in Food Inspection

Abstract: In today’s society, food safety issues are a matter of concern. Contaminants in food not only affect the quality and taste of food, but also cause serious harm to human health. Therefore, it is critical to accurately and quickly detect common contaminants in food. This paper discusses the detection methods of common contaminants in food inspection, analyzes the principles, advantages and disadvantages of different detection methods, and aims to provide reference for food inspection workers.
