多源融合模式下南京市社區(qū)老年食堂運(yùn)營探索

摘 要：本研究采用案例分析和比較研究法深入剖析了南京市社區(qū)老年食堂目前的幾種運(yùn)營模式，評估了各模式運(yùn)營效率和資金管理上的優(yōu)劣，基于現(xiàn)有模式的優(yōu)缺點(diǎn)，提出了一種多源融合的新融資模式以進(jìn)行有效的運(yùn)營管理，并研究新模式有可能帶來的風(fēng)險，提出了相應(yīng)的預(yù)防措施，以供參考。

Exploring the Operation of Elderly Canteens in Nanjing Community Under a Multi-Source Integration Model

Abstract： This study employs case analysis and comparative research methods to deeply analyze the current operational models of community elderly dining halls in Nanjing， evaluates the strengths and weaknesses of each model in terms of operational efficiency and fund management， and proposes a new multi-source integrated financing model based on the advantages and disadvantages of the existing models for effective operational management. Additionally， it examines the potential risks of this new model and suggests preventive measures for reference.
