畜產(chǎn)品中獸藥殘留的危害及檢測(cè)方法研究

摘 要：隨著畜禽養(yǎng)殖業(yè)的快速發(fā)展，獸藥在預(yù)防和治療動(dòng)物疾病、提高生產(chǎn)效率方面發(fā)揮了重要作用。本文概述畜產(chǎn)品中獸藥殘留的危害，分析畜產(chǎn)品中獸藥殘留的檢測(cè)方法，以期為相關(guān)部門和從業(yè)者提供參考。

Study on the Harm and Detection Methods of Veterinary Drug Residues in Livestock Products

Abstract： With the rapid development of livestock and poultry industry， veterinary drugs have played an important role in preventing and treating animal diseases and improving production efficiency. This paper summarized the harm of veterinary drug residues in animal products， analyzed the detection methods of veterinary drug residues in animal products， in order to provide reference for relevant departments and practitioners.
