摘 要:艦船人員日常工作環(huán)境密閉潮濕,飲食條件較差,食材供應(yīng)不足,易造成營養(yǎng)素的缺乏并誘發(fā)生理心理疾病。因此很有必要對艦船人員的營養(yǎng)狀況進(jìn)行科學(xué)評價并給予合理的干預(yù),以完善營養(yǎng)結(jié)構(gòu),實現(xiàn)艦船人員高效作業(yè)的目的。

Study on Nutritional Evaluation and Nutritional Intervention of Ship’s Crew

Abstract: The daily working environment of ship’s crew is closed and humid, the diet condition is poor, and the supply of food materials is insufficient, which is easy to cause the lack of nutrients and induce physiological and psychological diseases. Therefore, it is necessary to evaluate the nutritional status of ship’s crew scientifically and give reasonable intervention, in order to improve the nutritional structure and ensure the efficient operation of ship personnel.
