新公共管理視域下高校食品安全監(jiān)督管理策略分析
摘 要:食品安全一直以來都備受關(guān)注,高校食品安全管理因其特殊性和監(jiān)督管理問題而面臨較多的挑戰(zhàn)。本文基于新公共管理視域,從高校食品安全監(jiān)督管理問題出發(fā),探討相關(guān)法律法規(guī)待優(yōu)化、監(jiān)督體系不健全、學(xué)生監(jiān)管參與度不足等特殊性,并針對高校食品安全監(jiān)督管理存在的問題提出了相應(yīng)的策略,確保高校食品安全。

Analysis of Strategies for Food Safety Supervision and Management in Universities from the Perspective of New Public Management

Abstract: Food safety has always been a concern, and food safety management in universities faces many challenges due to its particularity and supervision and management issues. This article is based on the perspective of new public management and starts from the issues of food safety supervision and management in universities. It explores the special characteristics of relevant laws and regulations that need to be optimized, the supervision system is not sound, and the participation of students in supervision is insufficient. In response to the problems in food safety supervision and management in universities, corresponding strategies are proposed to ensure food safety in universities.
