高校食堂食品安全問題及對策

摘 要：高校食堂的食品安全事件頻發(fā)，給高校餐飲工作帶來了負面影響和巨大的壓力。分析后勤社會化大背景下，食品安全事件發(fā)生的原因和學(xué)校后勤管理中存在的問題，結(jié)合工作實際提出有效的防范措施，切實加強高校的食品安全管理，健全應(yīng)對突發(fā)事件的機制，筑牢食堂食品安全防線，為高校的發(fā)展和育人工作做好保障。

Reflections on Food Security at Higher Education Institutions

Abstract： Incidents of food security at higher education institutions have exerted negative influences and huge pressure on food management at colleges and universities. This paper examines the causes of such incidents with the socialization of logistics management， discusses problems in logistics management， and then proposes effective prevention measures in order to enhance food security management at higher education institutions， improve response mechanism for emergencies， ensure food security provided by school canteens， and support the development of colleges and universities and the teaching of students.
