四川省部分食品企業(yè)檢驗員食品安全知識科普現(xiàn)狀調查

摘 要：本文對四川省部分企業(yè)檢驗員進行問卷調查，了解當前不同食品企業(yè)檢驗員的食品安全知識科普現(xiàn)狀，分析其對相關法律法規(guī)知識的掌握程度與對食品安全問題的關注和認知。通過分析調查結果，發(fā)現(xiàn)存在的問題并提出相應的改進措施，為食品企業(yè)提高食品安全管理水平提供參考。

Investigation of the Status Situation of Food Safety Knowledge Science Popularization of Food Safety Knowledge in Sichuan Province

Abstract： In this paper， a questionnaire survey was conducted among some enterprise inspectors in Sichuan province to understand the current situation of food safety knowledge popularization of inspectors in different food enterprises， and to analyze their mastery of relevant laws and regulations and their attention and cognition of food safety issues. Through the analysis of the survey results， the existing problems are found and the corresponding improvement measures are put forward to provide reference for food enterprises to improve the level of food safety management.
