Abstract: This article analyzes the common problems of variety classification, use of food additives, confusion of similar products, changes in standard content and label labeling in the “food production license” of cooked meat product production enterprises, and proposes solution measures such as building a professional team, conducting learning and training, and strengthening communication and exchange.
