榆中縣食品安全檢測體系現(xiàn)狀及優(yōu)化研究

摘 要:食品安全檢測是通過科學(xué)技術(shù)手段對食品進行分析檢測,以評估其從生產(chǎn)到消費的整個過程中是否符合安全標準。本文以榆中縣為例,對當?shù)厥称钒踩珯z測體系的現(xiàn)狀以及存在的問題進行分析,并提出優(yōu)化措施,以期為提升榆中縣食品安全檢測水平,保障公眾健康,促進地方經(jīng)濟發(fā)展提供理論參考。

Research on the Current Situation and Optimization of Food Safety Testing System in Yuzhong County

Abstract: Food safety testing is to analyze and test food through scientific and technological, to evaluate whether it meets safety standards throughout the process from production to consumption. This article takes Yuzhong county as an example to review the current situation and existing problems of local food safety testing system, to provide theoretical reference for improving the level of food safety testing in Yuzhong county, protect public health, and promoting local economic development.
