Eco-compensation Reform in Liupanshan， Guyuan

Abstract In order to implement the development concept of “green mountains and clear waters are as valuable as gold and silver”， an on-site inspection was conducted on the forest ecology of the Liupanshan area in Guyuan. Reference was made to the “14th Five Year Plan for Ecological Environment Protection in Guyuan City”， “Ecological Protection and Restoration Plan for Key Ecological Function Zones （Guyuan Area） in Liupanshan （2021～2025）”， and relevant scholars’ literature. The study focused on the practice of forest ecological compensation reform in Liupanshan of Guyuan City， and some suggestions were put forward for the current status and management system innovation of ecological compensation mechanisms.

摘要 為了踐行“綠水青山就是金山銀山”的發(fā)展理念，現(xiàn)場(chǎng)考察了固原六盤山地區(qū)森林生態(tài)，參考了《固原市生態(tài)環(huán)境保護(hù)“十四五”規(guī)劃》《六盤山重點(diǎn)生態(tài)功能區(qū)（固原片區(qū)）生態(tài)保護(hù)和修復(fù)規(guī)劃（2021—2025年）》以及相關(guān)學(xué)者的論著文獻(xiàn)，研究固原六盤山森林生態(tài)補(bǔ)償改革實(shí)踐，對(duì)生態(tài)補(bǔ)償機(jī)制的現(xiàn)狀及管理體制創(chuàng)新提出一些建議。（剩余6002字）
