Rapid Identification and Early Warning Improvement Methods for Sudden Severe Convective Weather in Dingxi, Gansu

Abstract It was of great significance to study the rapid identification and early warning improvement methods for sudden severe convective weather. Severe convective weather such as storms and hail can cause significant damage to communities, economies, and the environment. Early and accurate warning can greatly reduce potential casualties and economic losses. Meanwhile, with climate change, the frequency and intensity of extreme weather events were on the rise, and strengthening early warning capabilities was the key to addressing this challenge. In addition, an efficient early warning system can not only enhance the community’s response and recovery capabilities, but also enhance public trust and responsiveness, providing guarantees for the sustainable development and stability of the overall society.
