Expression and Functional Analysis of Stress Tolerance Genes of Wheat

Abstract As one of the important food crops, wheat is often affected by adverse environment, such as drought, high salt, low temperature and so on. The expression characteristics of resistance genes play an important role in wheat under stress conditions. The purpose of this study was to systematically explore the expression characteristics and functions of wheat resistance genes, in order to provide reference for the research and breeding of wheat resistance to stress.
